Apprentice programmes are prepared and students mentored over a three to four year training period through to a formal, nationally recognised qualification.

Organic growth and development remain a first priority, however applications from talented individuals in other professions allied to the construction industry are always welcome.

Sharp + Howse considers progressive training of all members of the team to be a long-term investment which will shape the labour force of the future.
