Contracts Manager
Experienced in managing mechanical services and multi service contracts from £5k to £2m from order to completion including Labour, Material and Plant procurement, interim valuations and money chasing, costing variations, agreeing final accounts, preparing as-fitted drawings and operating and maintenance manuals. Office based not site based. All projects are commercial/industrial, schools, hospitals, MOD, etc. No site housing.

Estimator
Experienced in preparing estimates for mechanical and multi service projects up to a value of £2m. Office based not site based. All commercial/industrial, schools, hospitals, MOD, etc. No site housing.

Quantity Surveyor
Experienced in preparing Valuations, Variations and Final Accounts for mechanical services and multi service projects up to a value of £2m. Office based not site based. All commercial/industrial projects, schools, hospitals, MOD etc. no site housing.
